Return Policy
If you need to return something,
E-mail us
Explain the problem with your shipment,
within 3 days after you recieve your order.
We will then determine if you should mail it back to us.
If you do return anything, return it in original condition,
and there will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns.
If you cancel your order after it has been special ordered,
or pulled and packaged your order is considered a return
and also subject to a 20% restocking fee. Be sure to enclose
your original invoice or reference your order number.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

about any damaged or missing items in your shipment.
All of these claims must be made within 48 hours after
receiving your order. The following items may only be returned
if unused, upopened, and in original shrink wrap packaging:

- DVD's
- CD's
- Ink Pads
- Acrylic Blocks
- Paper's
- Pen's
- EZ Mount Product's
- Kits
No refunds will be given for the following items:
- Opened Video's
- Opened DVD's
- Opened CD's
- Opened Kits
- Any auction items
- Any "On Sale" items
- Books
- Magazines
- Portions of beads
- Partially used wire spools
- Any opened Computer programs
